Drying (Thermal Drying) is the use of high temperature for drying products in a drying chamber that allow products to evaporate. To a certain degree of drying, the products will be cooled and packaged. Dried products do not use frying oil or soak in oil, so there is absolutely no phenomenon of oil absorption or caramelization, after drying the product retains its softness, flexibility and natural flavor.
